When a breakup causes her extreme heartache, she decides to travel home to take refuge. Her journey becomes the foundation for a discussion about all things pertaining to women’s issues.
hUSh is the first film co-written and co-directed by Indonesian filmmaker Djenar Maesa Ayu and Singapore filmmaker Kan Lume. The film competed for the NETPAC Award at the 2017 Jogja-NETPAC Asian Film Festival.
