As the research partner of the
Asian Film Archive, the Asia Research
Institute will be hosting a round table discussion
with the filmmakers. This discussion series seeks to
examine film research - on looking at film from an
academic point of view and how this can be developed
into film theories and practices. Participants will
also discuss the different types of films being made
around the region and its impact and significance.
