Volunteering Opportunities

The Asian Film Archive is driven by the dedication and hard work of concerned members of the film community who share our vision to nurture a vibrant film culture in Singapore. Volunteering at the Forum is an excellent way to learn about trends and issues on Asian Cinema while networking with passionate people in the film community.

Assisting Panel/Screening Events
We are looking for volunteers to help ensure that each forum event runs smoothly. Volunteers support event organizers by handling registration, distributing programs, serving as ushers, packing up after the event is over. In exchange for their time, volunteers gain free entry to the panel/screening event.

To volunteer for an event
1. Check out our schedule.
2. Fill up sign-up page to volunteer for the event.
3. Make sure you can come either 45 minutes before or after the event.
3. Volunteer chair will email you to confirm your slot.
Note: You must sign up at least five (5) days prior to the date of the event. We have a limit of 4 volunteer slots per event.
