Young Critics Programme

The Young Critics will be carefully matched to mentors, who will consist of film scholars, critics, and bloggers from publications such as Life!, 8 Days, Today, and Radio 91.3FM, and film academics from institutions like NUS and Nanyang Technological University (NTU). They will meet up regularly with their mentors in August, thus giving them the opportunity to develop their paper in tandem with their mentor's insight and guidance.  The Young Critics will have their papers showcased on the Cineodeon 2008 website, and be considered in the running for the Best Film Paper. Papers are expected to have critically analyzed the societal and cinematic issues raised in the films showcased in Cineodeon.
