The Asian Film Archive is registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore on 1 January 2005, under the Registration No. 200500010H. We are also registered with the Commissioner of Charities as a Charity under the Charities Act on 17 Oct 2005, under the Registration No. 0190.

Our Board of Directors is made up of volunteers who give of their time and expertise. All Board members are not paid any remuneration or director's fees.
