TUESDAY, MARCH 02

It's March already! Start your month boldly with a Pledge to commit to the cause of Save Our Film and maybe even set aside a bit of that Chinese New Year red packet money to contribute to the only agency in Singapore dedicated to film preservation - the Asian Film Archive. Do support in the best way you can to this very worthy but overlooked cause because time doesn't wait for our Singapore films or any man.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 26

We are on STOMP! But some people there being very unfriendly nasty and posting negative comments simply because they don't like local film and NTU. Come put in a good word for us please?

After all, if we Singaporeans don't own our film, who will? (And you know, this just reinforces the need for our campaign.)

From one filmlover to the rest of you out there, there are indeed Singapore film gems (can't state them here and be biased) and films hold a lot more value for purposes like heritage and history, than simply for the plot/production values. If you think deeper, even that reflects the crucial development of Singapore's film industry. To remind us all again - we've had 84 years of filmmaking in Singapore!

NOTE: Roving Showcase page has been edited to reflect latest update!
